As everyone knows, the Bahamas are one of the most sought out vacation areas to travel to. Thousands of people each year travel there for the warm climate, sandy beaches, and the many attractions the islands have to offer.

One of the main attractions that seems to draw a lot of visitors is the abundance of superior tailored hotels. Most of the more popular hotels, are located with ocean front views. A lot of people consider that a very cheap price considering everything that is provided along with everything you receive during your stay.

One other notable resort is the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort located in the capital’s Cabel Beach. They actually have 2 unique islands and they carry people from one to the other by a ferry boat. The ferry boat ride is one of the highly luxurious features that they take pride in.

One of the main attractions is the European built Five Diamond Award monument. It seems to attract a host of unique visitors to it each year. Local tours are provide between both of the islands each day. Some of the luxuries at the hotels would include pampered accommodation, fine dining, Red Lane Spa, scuba diving, and an enormous golf course. Weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays are all celebrated there year round. They also host a just couples resort designed for lovers and friends to spend private time alone with each other.

Keeping track of every single calorie you eat can become a hassle. Some people like doing it, while others despise the idea of logging calories. I am going to give you some of the positives and negatives with logging calories and give you alternative ways of keeping track of how much you eat.

There are numerous benefits of logging calories. While preparing for a contest, every calorie needs to be tracked in order to look a certain way. A good diet would consist of six to eight meals while alternating carb sources from complex to fibrous at each meal. Of course you need protein at each meal, and your post workout carb source will consist of either simple or complex, depending on preference.

I don`t log calories in the off season because I can control what i eat without gaining to much fat. I only keep track while getting ready for a contest or if i feel the need to look my best for a particular social outting. Life`s hard enough without the added stress of keeping track of calories so I avoid the idea as much as possible. You`re going to have to be the one who decides whether you should keep track or not. What would happen if all religions stopped tomorrow and no one practiced any sort of religion or had faith in any Religious Literature or talked to any invisible friend? Then what would happen? Some say that atheists have no moral grounding yet other say that;

Interesting line of thought isn’t it and it is exactly the opposite of the comment by religious folks who say if you do not believe in God or Jesus Christ that you have no moral grounding. Actually to anyone who really focused on this debate; they would have to say that such arguments hold no water at all.

In fact doing good or being good is not mutually exclusive to only those of faith and there is indeed ample justification to suggest that much of mankind’s worst atrocities are indeed caused by religious beliefs or by those of religion, who are somehow able to justify their actions via an interpretation of religious literature. But what if all religion just disappeared tomorrow?

Would the world be worse off or would mankind be better served in this case? And would you say that your answer to the question is based on yourself and you own belief system rather than being honest and accurate with this philosophical question at hand? Consider all this in 2006.

Six months ago my computer crashed. When I turned my computer on it would not load Windows XP and so I could not get into my two hard drive files. As an author and writer of ebooks, I had all my files in two hard drives without any other backup. At first, I panic. The thought of losing all my data files and writings was unthinkable. Then I got angry with myself for letting myself get into this situation.

Have you ever felt the terror, fear, and then anger connected with losing data that you value so much? I started to think about the different ways I could try to get my data. After trying different things, I knew I could not recover my data by myself. I finally gave in and knew that I need help.

I thought about pulling the hard drives out or taking my computer to a data recovery service. As I looked in the yellow pages and through goggle search for local data recovery computer services, I was able to find a few. I knew it was going to cost me a few dollars, but I needed my data and I needed my computer to do my work.

Finally, I decided to call a computer friend of mine that had done some work for me in the past. After he tried what he could with his knowledge, he could not get windows to open. So here is what we decided was the best course of action:

* Buy a new 120-megabyte hard drive

* Format and install Windows XP on the new hard drive on another computer.

* Remove one hard drive C from old computer and install new hard drive on old computer

* Copy files from drive D that was left on old computer onto new hard drive

* Remove drive D old computer and install drive C

Job complete. With the new hard drive now call drive G, I now had drive C with all my old data and drive D with my old data.

There would have been many other ways to configure and transfer old hard drive data but this one worked for me and I was happy because I could access my files.

Cost was $150 for my friend and $100 for 120 MB hard drive and about a week of lost productivity.

I don’t know what cause my computer to fail but I could have been a virus. If your computer crashes, can you afford to be a week without your data? As an individual, maybe you can fix it yourself or with the help of a computer expert. For a company computer you will need the help of a data recovery service if you don’t have a resident IT person.

to send out to their list. It was written as though he
himself had written it, and it explained the benefits of
doing business with us, to the individual.

The moral of the story is to ask yourself ‘How Can I?’
Not ‘Why Can’t I?’

A good friend of mine has a motto that says…

Traditional thinking says I must jump over the hurdle, why?
